Chu Teh-chun's paintings share the same magical powers with Chinese traditional landscape paintings, they can bring their viewers to a brand new world, through Chu Teh-chun's brush style and the use of colors, he opened a door to a world of pure art, he discovered the world through the lines and brush strokes, and found purity and beauty, he travels in that world, and sets the viewers free, makes them comfortable, gives them excitements, to an extent, his paintings are poetic and selfless, he completely immersed in the world of his creation, although it's a world created by paints on the canvas. However the picture showed a sincere world of Chinese landscape, to a Chinese, it is especially traditional, and familiar.

Hubert Juin, the famous French art and literature critic complimented Chu that he explored the space for painting with his exquisite skills (la virtuosite avec laquelle Chu Teh-chun explore l'espace de la peinture) Another fan of his as well as his oldest agent Maurice Panier maintained that "l'espace de Chu n'appartient pas a la perspective classique; c'est un espace, pourrait-on dire, multidimensional...
