HONG Hao

Born in Beijing, he graduated from the High School of Fine Arts of CAFA in 1985, and then got his B.A. in the Printmaking Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1989. He is now a professional artist. Solo exihibitions: "Hong Hao - Selected Scriptures" (1999, Holland); "Suspended Disbelief" (2000, Canada); "Hong Hao's Reading Room" (2004, Japan and USA). His works have been collected by the China National Museum of Fine Arts, Shanghai Art Museum, Hong Kong Museum of Art, British Museum, MoMA New York, Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, New York Public Library, National Gallery of Canada, Fukuoka Asian Art Museum of Japan and other famous public art museums of both at home and abroad.
